I have always wanted to learn to play the violin and at the age of 46 I am finally going to try to learn. I have absolutely no musical ability at all. I want to buy a used violin to start with but I have no idea what brand to buy. I’d like something inexpensive to start with as I can always upgrade as I get better. Any advise would be appreciated.
The safest way is to consult your teacher. Size of the violin matters, so your teacher would be able to give the best advise.
